Analog-ing Birth 

If you know anything about film, you know it does well with lots of light and little to no movement. Birth turns all of that on its head. Capturing birth has been a passion of mine for a while, but is a new offering! I enjoy capturing special moments for the families I work with - but more than that - I view this art as a tool with which to process your birth. I love the unpredictability, messiness, and imperfection of birth, and I see those things reflected in the images I take on film. Film photography is an experiment and an adventure, as is birth, so let's embark on this journey together...
